1. Acceptance of Terms & Zero-Knowledge Architecture
By accessing or using Foxcolab Drive (“Service”), you acknowledge and agree that Foxcolab operates under a strict zero-knowledge model. Your encryption keys are created on your device from your master password. Because Foxcolab never receives or stores your password or plaintext keys, you are solely responsible for securing your password and Emergency Recovery Key. If both are lost, your encrypted files cannot be decrypted or recovered by Foxcolab personnel.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Foxcolab Drive to store, distribute, or transmit malicious code (ransomware, worms, or trojans), engage in denial-of-service attacks, or store unlawful material prohibited under international law. While we cannot inspect the content of your encrypted files, accounts generating malicious network patterns or abusive traffic will be terminated immediately.
3. Service Subscriptions & Storage Quotas
Foxcolab Drive offers a Free Forever plan (1 GB personal vault) and paid subscription tiers (Core at $1.50/user/month, Pro at $2.50/user/month, Ultimate at $3.99/user/month, and Business at $5.99/user/month). Storage quotas are calculated based on raw encrypted storage size. If your account exceeds its allocated storage quota, upload capabilities will be paused until additional storage is added or files are removed. You may cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation penalties.
4. Limitation of Liability & Cryptographic Guarantees
Foxcolab provides the platform using client-side zero-knowledge encryption and high-availability clustered cloud storage. However, Foxcolab shall not be liable for data loss caused by customer loss of master credentials or recovery keys. Customers are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical corporate records.
